Our Team

At Edgerton Gear, Inc. we’ve worked hard at becoming a mentoring culture, where every person has value, dignity, and experience to pass along to the next generation. Our staff actively engages our students through job shadowing, youth apprenticeship and adult apprenticeship.

We love having the students here, recognizing we were once their age, needing guidance and counsel to figure out life. The Craftsman with Character course provides opportunities to share our professional and personal experiences. We aren’t perfect and have all made a lot of mistakes. But maybe, just maybe, we can help the next generations avoid our mistakes and take our trade to the next level.
